As a NY Times bestselling author and teacher with a deep catalog of books, courses, and live experiences, she needed a digital ecosystem that could both honor her legacy and power her next chapter of growth.

Sonia partnered with Peaceful Media to do exactly that. Together, we’ve rebuilt her core website & learning management/ecommerce system from the ground up, turned her YouTube channel into a high-performance engine for reach and revenue, and launched innovative products like the Into the Moment Oracle Bundle and The Gifted Intuitive Coach™ certification program — each designed to deepen her relationship with her audience while growing the business in a sustainable way.

The Plan

Our work with Sonia unfolded in stages, each building on the last.

  1. Stabilize and elevate the core platform (website): Her pre-existing web stack had accumulated years of technical debt and duct-taped fixes, making launches and updates slow, fragile, and stressful. Our first objective was to create a stable, beautifully branded WordPress marketing & membership site that her team could manage without heroic efforts.

  2. Turn YouTube into a growth engine: As a natural on-camera storyteller, Sonia was perfectly suited to YouTube—but her team lacked the bandwidth and strategy to unlock its full potential. We set out to optimize her channel for discovery, engagement, and monetization, and to tie its growth directly to product sales.

  3. Innovate with new digital products and experiences: Once the foundation was in place, we co-created and launched new offerings—like the Into the Moment Oracle Bundle and The Gifted Intuitive Coach™
    certification—that could tap into Sonia’s unique gifts while leveraging the systems we had already put in place across web, email, and YouTube.

Across all of this, our guiding principles were: make everything feel unmistakably “Sonia,” reduce friction for her team, and ensure that each new initiative compounds the value of the last.

Results

Website & Brand Platform

  • We designed and built a custom WordPress experience that finally matched the depth and warmth of Sonia’s work while making operations much smoother behind the scenes.
  • Created a bespoke child theme on top of Peaceful Media’s marketing-optimized parent theme, giving Sonia a unique look with battle-tested performance.
  • Implemented custom post types and layouts for events, courses, and products so her team can launch and update offers without relying on developers.
  • Consolidated hosting and infrastructure, simplifying management and improving reliability and security.
  • Added flexible, reusable components (testimonials, CTAs, opt-in blocks, feature sections) so new landing pages can be spun up quickly and consistently.

The result: a “forever home” online that Sonia has called gorgeous, powerful, and energetically aligned with her mission.

YouTube Channel Growth & Monetization

On YouTube, we transformed a lightly used channel into one of Sonia’s most important growth and revenue engines.

  • Conducted deep content and performance analysis to understand what resonated with existing viewers.
  • Fully optimized the channel and individual videos (titles, descriptions, tags, playlists, end screens) using modern YouTube SEO practices.
  • Designed eye-catching thumbnails and tested visual approaches, including the use of AI-assisted imagery, to increase click-through rates.
  • Implemented a content and publishing cadence that supported both long-form videos and shorts.

Key outcomes over the first few years of working together included:

  • A breakout “viral” video (7x baseline performance) within three months, driving tens of thousands of new subscribers, hundreds of thousands of views, and a 10x monetization lift compared to her typical videos.
  • Multi-year increases in total views, watch time hours, subscriber count, average view duration, and YouTube ad revenue, with later years significantly outperforming Sonia’s previous bests.
  • More than $27k in trackable organic online sales attributable directly to YouTube within a single six-month window.

As production quality and strategy evolved, those gains compounded—culminating in record years for views, subscribers, and ad revenue.

In the Moment Guidance Oracle Bundle

Next, we collaborated with Sonia on a deeply personalized digital product: the Into the Moment Oracle Bundle. This offering lets buyers receive custom oracle readings delivered to their inbox as beautifully formatted PDFs.

Here’s how it works from the customer’s perspective:

  • They visit Sonia’s site and choose one of several focus areas that best matches what they’re seeking in the moment.
  • After purchase, they receive a dynamically generated oracle reading assembled into a bespoke PDF, customized to the topic they selected.
  • They can also opt into a higher-tier experience: a weekly series of oracle readings, delivered on an ongoing basis for a premium price.

Our role included:

  • Co-creating the product concept, pricing, positioning, and overall customer journey.
  • Designing and writing the sales landing pages and upsell flows.
  • Architecting the post-purchase experience — including email confirmations, delivery emails, and follow-up messages with calls to action to upgrade into Sonia’s membership, Good Vibes Tribe.
  • Implementing a progressive path: one-time oracle bundle → recurring weekly readings → deeper membership.

On the technical side, we integrated multiple systems (including dynamic content generation, site/ecommerce, document templating, and email delivery) to ensure that each reading felt personal while the fulfillment remained fully automated. The result was a massive success, both creatively and commercially, and a new way for Sonia’s audience to experience her gifts at scale.

The Gifted Intuitive Coach™ Certification

Most recently, we partnered with Sonia to launch The Gifted Intuitive Coach™ Certification, her flagship coach training program. This was the largest, most complex launch of our work together—and also her most successful.

Our responsibilities spanned strategy, creative, tech, and media:

Launch Strategy & Architecture

  • Designed the full launch blueprint, including a three-wave sequence: early awareness (“pre-pre-launch”), pre-launch, and open-cart launch.
  • Clarified the ideal audience and messaging for a high-level certification that extended beyond Sonia’s typical content themes.
  • Created an informed Launch ROI estimator, factoring all phases of ad spend, vendors, and production costs as well as webinar registrant & sales conversion rates.

Lead Generation & Pre-Launch Nurture

  • Created a mini-course lead magnet, delivered as a drip sequence that educated and nurtured prospects ahead of the main campaign.
  • Built waitlist and lead capture landing pages, plus follow-up email sequences to warm up registrants.
  • Ran targeted advertising campaigns to attract and segment the right audience, ultimately building a webinar list of over 25,000 registrants.

Content & Creative

  • Developed a content strategy for YouTube and social channels specifically designed to introduce and normalize the idea of intuitive coaching certification to her audience.
  • Helped script and produce sales videos, content videos, and webinar materials that clearly articulated the value and structure of the certification.

Email, Pages & Automations

  • Wrote and designed launch emails, webinar sequences, and sales emails across the pre-launch and open-cart phases.
  • Built and optimized sales pages, application forms, and supporting pages in WordPress.
  • Integrated forms, email marketing tools, and automations (e.g., via Gravity Forms and Mailjet) to ensure every registrant and applicant landed in the right sequence with the right follow-ups.

The outcome: the biggest launch in Sonia’s history, executed with a level of orchestration and reliability that allowed her and her team to stay focused on content and students instead of worrying about the tech.
