Product Launch Formula creator Jeff Walker needed a website that looked and performed at the same level as the launches he’s famous for. In the run-up to his NY Times bestselling book Launch, he came to Peaceful Media with a high-stakes challenge: completely rebrand, redesign, and relaunch JeffWalker.com in just 10 days, start to finish.

The existing site was packed with valuable teaching videos and blog posts, but wrapped in a dated WordPress theme that didn’t represent his brand and struggled badly on mobile—despite mobile accounting for the majority of his traffic. Our job was to pull off a “miracle” timeline while making Jeff look like the super-pro he is on his primary content marketing platform.

The Plan

We knew we couldn’t run a traditional months-long branding and design process, so we leaned on our signature Website Mood Board approach to quickly lock in the visual direction. Our creative director led Jeff through multiple mood board options that captured different facets of his brand—authority, approachability, and entrepreneurial energy—so we could converge on a look and feel in days, not weeks.

From there, the plan focused on three tracks running in parallel:

  • Brand & UX: Translate the chosen mood board into a clean, modern, conversion-focused design that feels like “Jeff” and works beautifully on mobile.

  • Content & Structure: Reorganize his rich library of blogs and videos into a more intuitive structure that supports discovery and list-building.

  • Build & Launch: Implement a custom WordPress child theme (based on the Salient theme) and launch a fully functional, high-performance site before the book release deadline.

We also knew that Jeff’s lead magnet, “The 16 Rules of Internet Success,” needed to look world-class; a flimsy PDF would undercut his authority in a space where credibility is everything.

Results

In 10 intense days of collaboration, we:

  • Rebranded, redesigned, and launched the new JeffWalker.com on WordPress, including a custom child theme built on Salient.

  • Delivered a responsive, mobile-first experience that finally matched the reality of his audience’s browsing behavior.

  • Refreshed the “16 Rules of Internet Success” lead magnet with a premium design that signaled the caliber of Jeff’s training from the very first opt-in.

  • Created a fresh, memorable, list-building hub that took the Internet marketing community by storm when it went live just days before Launch hit shelves.

Jeff summed it up as Peaceful Media having “pulled off a miracle,” exceeding expectations on both quality and speed under what he thought was an impossible time constraint.

Tech & Tools

Under the hood, the JeffWalker.com project leveraged a streamlined but powerful stack:

  • WordPress CMS with a custom child theme built on the Salient framework for performance and flexibility.

  • Mood Board–driven branding workflow to rapidly converge on typography, color palette, textures, and imagery that matched Jeff’s personality and audience.

  • Responsive front-end tuned for mobile devices, with layouts and components designed to highlight video and blog content.

  • Opt-in and lead magnet integration for “The 16 Rules of Internet Success,” including prominent CTAs and a premium-designed downloadable asset.

  • Content management structure that made it easy for Jeff’s team to keep publishing new launch content, weekly videos, and blog posts without design bottlenecks.

Conclusion

This project showcases what can happen when a seasoned brand trusts us with a high-stakes, high-speed challenge. Jeff couldn’t afford a site that felt “good enough” — his audience, peers, and students look to him as the gold standard for online launches, and his digital home needed to reinforce that positioning on every page.

By combining a compressed version of our branding process with focused UX, smart content architecture, and fast, disciplined development, we delivered a website that elevated his brand right when the world was paying the most attention. It remains one of our proudest “sprint” builds.
