Dr. Ida is a traditionally trained M.D. and gifted medical intuitive who came to us with a big challenge: how to present her unconventional, “Aliveness Medicine” approach in a way that felt both credible to discerning patients and true to her deeply spiritual, embodied way of working. Her existing brand presence didn’t yet convey the power of her work or the warmth people feel when they’re in her care.

She asked Peaceful Media to help her name, clarify, and visually express her brand; design and build a website that felt like a sacred, trustworthy space; and capture photography that showed her as she really is — grounded, wise, and fully present with her patients.

The Plan

We approached this as a full brand birth, not just a website project. The first step was deep discovery: understanding her philosophy of “Aliveness Medicine,” the kinds of patients she serves, and the emotional journey they’re on when they find her. From there, we set out to translate that into a clear, ownable brand concept that would stand apart from both conventional medicine and generic “wellness” brands.

Once we had the brand cornerstones defined, we moved into three parallel tracks:

  • Brand identity: Name, positioning language, logo, color palette, typography, and visual motifs that expressed both science and spirit.

  • Website experience: A calm, elegant site that guided visitors from curiosity to trust, and then into clear next steps (learning more, applying to work with her, or joining a waitlist).

  • Photography direction: Planning and art-directing a photoshoot that captured the essence of Dr. Ida’s presence—her way of listening, her hands-on work, and the feeling of safety and possibility in her sessions.

Results

The outcome was a fully articulated Aliveness Medicine brand that gave Dr. Ida language and visuals to match the depth of her work. Instead of trying to explain herself inside the narrow boxes of “doctor” or “intuitive,” she now had a clear, differentiated category to stand in—and a visual identity to back it up.

Her new website presents her as both a credible physician and a guide into a more holistic, deeply felt experience of health. Visitors encounter:

  • A cohesive visual world where colors, typography, and imagery all convey calm, safety, and vitality.

  • Clear, compassionate messaging that explains what she does, who it’s for, and how it works—without losing the mystery and nuance of her approach.

Behind the scenes, the Dr. Ida – Aliveness Medicine project combined:

  • Brand strategy frameworks to define positioning, audience, and core messaging.

  • A custom visual identity system: logo suite, color palette, typography, and iconography tailored to her blend of medical and intuitive work.

  • A Kajabi-based website with flexible content blocks, so future pages and offerings can be added without breaking the design system.

  • Carefully planned photography: shot lists, location planning, wardrobe and setting guidance, and on-set art direction to ensure every image served the brand story.

  • Basic SEO and performance tuning so that, as awareness grows, her site is ready to welcome and convert new visitors with ease.

Conclusion

This project is a powerful example of how branding, website design, and photography can work together to hold a complex, soul-level service. For someone like Dr. Ida, the wrong visual language could have made her work seem either too clinical or too “out there.” The right one needed to bridge both worlds.
