As her audience and offerings grew, she needed a more robust membership experience to support her “Inner Circle” and other recurring programs—something that could handle content delivery, billing, and community engagement without overwhelming her team.

Rebecca partnered with Peaceful Media to create a new membership site and backend system that would launch ahead of a major TV opportunity, integrate seamlessly with her existing tools, and give her fans a more polished way to stay connected and go deeper with her work.

The Plan

Our goal was to design and implement a membership platform that felt like an extension of Rebecca’s intuitive, heart-centered brand while quietly handling all the operational complexity in the background. We chose Ontraport as the core marketing automation and CRM engine, then architected a membership site that tightly integrated with it for logins, access control, and billing.

Key priorities included:

  • Creating a premium “home” for members, with clear navigation to replays, archives, and fresh content.

  • Automating signups, renewals, and access levels so her team could spend less time on logistics and more time serving the community.

  • Ensuring the entire experience—from sales page to login to content consumption—felt visually and energetically aligned with Rebecca’s brand.

We mapped the ideal member journey from first discovering the offer, through purchase and onboarding, all the way into ongoing engagement and upsells into her other courses and events.

Results

The new membership site gave Rebecca a centralized, professional home for her most loyal followers. Members could now:

  • Log in to a dedicated, beautifully branded space instead of bouncing between emails, scattered links, and one-off pages.

  • Easily access live call replays, archived trainings, and bonus content organized by topic or program.

  • Experience a more coherent, premium container for Rebecca’s teachings—one that matched the quality of her live work.

On the operations side, the Ontraport-powered backend:

  • Automated member onboarding, cancellations, and renewals, dramatically reducing manual admin work.

  • Simplified list segmentation and tagging so Rebecca’s team could target communications based on membership status and engagement.

  • Created a more reliable foundation for future launches and recurring programs, with less risk of tech failures during high-traffic moments.

Tech & Tools

Under the hood, Rebecca’s membership experience combines:

  • WordPress for the front-end membership site and content organization.

  • Ontraport for CRM, email marketing, payment processing, and membership access control.

  • Integrated login and access rules so member status in Ontraport directly controls what each user can see inside the site.

  • Modular page layouts for lesson libraries, replays, and resource sections, making it easy for her team to add or rearrange content.

  • Automated email sequences for onboarding, engagement reminders, and cross-promotion into other courses, events, and offerings.

Conclusion

This project is a clear example of how the right membership infrastructure, integrated with marketing automation tools, can multiply the impact of a teacher’s work without requiring full-time customer service & support staff. Rebecca already had a passionate audience; what she needed was a digital container that respected their commitment and made it easy to stay engaged.

By pairing thoughtful UX and brand design with a solid Ontraport integration, we helped turn her membership offering into a true home for ongoing spiritual growth — one that can grow and evolve alongside her community.
